Separation & Engraving
Our team of experienced colour separation artists offer both computer aided design (CAD) and hand drawn separation work. Our customers appreciate the versatility and flexibility of the CAD system, which can reproduce tone, shading, gradation and complicated textures. However, some clients prefer to have certain designs separated by hand, and our skilled team continue to offer this service. No matter what method of separation is used, the essence and character of the original design will be preserved.
Following separation, each colour is transferred to the printing screen using a digital wax-jet engraving method.
